PROFESSIONAL SERVER

to join our service team. This is a quality driven dining environment where precision matters. We operate with high standards, clear expectations, and mutual respect. This role is ideal for career-minded servers who take pride in their craft. Position Requirements Open availability Monday through Saturday, 4-10pm (non-negotiable : scheduled shifts vary; two consecutive days off provided) Proven 2+ years full-service restaurant experience (Upscale or fine dining strongly preferred) Mobile County Food & Beverage Handler's Card (Must be obtained by first shift) Strong communication skills , guest anticipation skills , and the ability to remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and grooming standards High attention to detail with food, beverage, and service standards Team-first mindset with accountability and follow-through Commitment to thoroughly learn menu, wine, and cocktail offerings What We Value Warm, confident guest interaction Clean execution and consistency Accountability•Ownership of your guest experience, timing, and results Respect for coworkers and the craft Showing up prepared, on time, and fully engaged Our Culture We are a professional, supportive, high-expectation team.
