Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere in both restaurant and nightlife settings like nightclubs or bars • Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, upselling, and assisting team members Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction and team collaboration Join us to be part of an energetic team that values your enthusiasm and dedication!
