As a server at

MILANOS ITALIAN

GRILL, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every guest feels welcomed and attended to. Our servers are key to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and answer questions about dishes and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring an excellent dining experience. Handle payments and process credit card transactions or cash payments. Address any guest concerns or requests in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders. Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy items. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
