Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Manage table turnovers efficiently by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale venues Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive guest experience Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; background in hospitality or the food industry highly valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and culinary expertise.
