Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to ensure a clean dining environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Support guest relations by responding to special requests and ensuring overall satisfaction in a fine dining or nightclub setting Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, or similar platforms is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts with multitasking skills in serving, bussing, and cashiering Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred for delivering upscale service experiences Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills confidently Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items through friendly persuasion and product knowledge Previous host/host or serving experience that emphasizes guest relations and customer satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
