Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing tables to support smooth restaurant operations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain a clean, organized dining area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while providing excellent guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask effectively with good time management skills in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
