Server

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any special requests
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in serving areas
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in using POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items
