Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize flow Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and ensure adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math for billing purposes Support team members with food preparation, host/hostess duties, or other tasks as required Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving protocols, bussing, and guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Previous experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining moments!
