Full Job Description About Us:

We are a family-owned upscale/casual Italian restaurant located near the Promenade on Chenal Parkway. Our team is built on a foundation of respect, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and our staff.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring for two part-time server positions. This role is ideal for individuals who are experienced in dining service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• 15-20 hours per week
• Shifts typically run from 3:50 PM to approximately 9:30 PM
• Days vary based on business needs (availability required across all 7 days of the week)

Training:

• 2-3 days of paid training
• Training is compensated at minimum wage

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality service to guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
• Accurately enter orders using the Clover POS system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Deliver a positive and professional dining experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior serving experience in a dining environment required
• Familiarity with POS systems (Clover experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
• Outgoing, honest, and reliable personality

Compensation & Tip-Out Structure:

• Standard server wage plus tips
• $15 nightly tip-out (split among bussers, salad bar attendants, and silverware rollers)
• Additional 2% of total sales tipped out to the bartender
