In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, and create memorable moments through attentive service and culinary knowledge. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a vibrant atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy delicious food, and return time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized suggestions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and support food preparation or kitchen staff as needed to uphold sanitation standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to connect with diverse guests Culinary experience or food industry background to understand menu items and food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without sacrificing quality Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Basic math skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction processing Experience in bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver top-tier service in a vibrant environment.
