Your culinary knowledge and customer service expertise will help foster a lively, upscale atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting or vibrant nightclub environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and billing Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an exceptional experience Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
