Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greet guests promptly and warmly in the dining room Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and with a positive attitude Follow directions accurately and consistently Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items Communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests Exhibit strong communication skills and work well with team members Maintain a friendly, upbeat personality Remain flexible and patient with guests and staff Assist with cooking/food prep as needed (training provided)
