The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations, while effectively upselling when appropriate. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Process payments accurately through cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all health regulations in food handling and preparation. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are key attributes for success in this role.
