Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Waitress/Server to join our vibrant dining team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the start Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen or host/hostess staff as needed in a busy restaurant or nightclub setting Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Experience with food industry terminology such as serving, food preparation, bussing, and guest services is highly desirable Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere!
