Job Description

Tasting Room Associate 1210 South Western Drive, Cornville, AZ 86325 From $14 an hour + tips - Part-time From $14 an hour + tips - Part-time Cove Mesa Vineyard is a small family-owned business in the heart of the Verde Valley wine region. At our newly renovated 3,500 sq. ft. Tasting Room in Cornville, our customers enjoy our award-winning wines, great food and welcoming atmosphere. Cove Mesa Vineyard's friendly and professional staff are a key part of this great experience. As a Tasting Room Associate, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service and tell our story as our guests relax and enjoy our wine and accompanying food items. Our customers are both local and visiting from around the globe, each with a story of their own. A willingness to learn, listen and interact with people while keeping the flow of the Tasting Room is the main priority at Cove Mesa. We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team. All applicants for this position must: Have a minimum 1 Year restaurant/service/hospitality experience in a serving capacity. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a sense of professional workmanship. Have an interest in wine and the Arizona wine industry. Be kind, attentive and helpful when speaking with all guests. Be able to handle all guest's needs calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Be able to handle cash transactions in a timely manner and have standard math skills. Have an ability to learn and absorb information quickly. Take initiative to perform all tasks without direct guidance. Have an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Team player Have general computer skills to quickly enter and process customer tickets on an iPad using a Point-of-Sale system. Have or be able to obtain a Title 4 BASIC Liquor Law Training and Food Handler Training Certifications.

Part-time Pay:
$14/hour plus tips that result in pay per hour typically ranging from $35-$45/hour

Typical workday starts at 2:00 pm and ends at 6:30 pm. Part time, 3 days a week - Wednesday thru
