Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and POS transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times Requirements Previous experience in Korean / Japanese food service or restaurant roles, including serving, host/hostess, or bussing experience Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Excellent communication skills for guest relations and team collaboration Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of an engaging team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
