In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will shine as you engage with guests, promote menu offerings, and uphold our high standards of food safety and sanitation. We offer traditional Korean foods and all you can eat barbeque options. We aim to provide cultural food experiences that Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation procedures Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure a smooth flow of service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally Follow all food safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Support team members in various restaurant operations including hosting, food prep, or night club duties as needed Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in upselling, sales techniques, or OpenTable reservations management is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy are essential Prior experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bussing enhances your candidacy Join us to deliver memorable experiences through energetic service, genuine hospitality, and teamwork!
