Server Part Time

Twisted Italian in Peoria, AZ is looking to bring on a part time experienced server. Approximately 2-4 shifts a week. Located within the Lake Pleasant Towne Center at Lake Pleasant Rd and Happy Valley rd, Twisted Italian is an upscale full-service casual Italian restaurant servicing the Northwest Valley. We offer a combination of Italian Specialties, Chicago Classics, and unique creative offerings. We serve an outstanding customer base along with great food. We are proud to have been voted best Italian food in Peoria by the readers of the Peoria Times the last six years. We are an independent family-owned business and a one of a kind. We are looking for a seasoned server with a minimum of two + years' of full-service serving experience required. Basic bartending experience is strongly preferred (some shifts may not have a bartender). Must have availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Must enjoy serving and interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment. A big friendly smile is a requirement. Dependability, positive attitude, ability to multi-task and attention to detail is required. Must be someone who can thrive in a team environment where servers support each other. Responsibilities include

• Providing exceptional customer service by consulting with customers on their orders, and placing orders.
• Operate a POS system efficiently to process transactions and manage guest orders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while handling food.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining room including bussing tables. Closing responsibilities include shutting down and cleaning the dining room including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Bartending as needed.
