Overview Join our bad-ass team as a Craft Beertender and Server, where your passion for craft beer and exceptional customer service will shine! Whether guiding guests through our niche beer selection, pouring pints with precision, or ensuring every visit exceeds expectations, you'll be at the heart of our bustling establishment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your hospitality skills and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of craft brewing and food service. Craft Beer experience and knowledge is a MUST!!! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take beverage and food orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm in a timely manner Provide expert recommendations on beer styles, brewing processes, and food pairings to enhance customer enjoyment Operate POS systems (TOAST) for order processing, cash handling, and billing with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout each interaction Skills Proven experience in food service or beverage industry, especially in craft beer. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, craft beer varieties, and food safety regulations Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs confidently Effective time management to juggle multiple responsibilities during busy shifts without compromising quality Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all food handling and liquor laws This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their craft beer and hospitality expertise in a lively environment that celebrates craft beer culture.
