Indian Gardens FOH Team

We are seeking to hire for our FOH team! We are a busy breakfast & lunch counter service cafe located inside Oak Creek Canyon just north of Sedona with a beautiful back garden. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, have team-oriented empathy, and be able to hustle. Full time or part time hours available. Positions and Responsibilities:

Cashier:

Be a kind, friendly, communicative face of the business! Greet guests upon arrival while explaining our ordering process. Operate the register using Square POS Ring in tickets accurately, keeping strong communication with both FOH and BOH about 86'ed items, menu changes, special requests, etc. Take orders from guests with a smile! Help guests select menu and market items. Food Runner /

Busser:

Ensure every dish is delivered promptly and accurately. You're the key to making sure guests enjoy their meal exactly as it was meant to be! Efficiently clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils, keeping the dining area neat and ready for the next guests. You ensure the space stays organized and welcoming. Work alongside other FOH and BOH to keep the service running smoothly. Whether it's keeping track of orders or fetching supplies, your support helps create a seamless experience for everyone. Ensure the dining area remains spotless by quickly clearing clutter and organizing spaces, providing guests with a clean and comfortable environment throughout their visit.

Barista:

Craft delicious coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, with precision and care to ensure every cup is a perfect blend of flavor and warmth. Your drinks should bring a smile to every sip! Maintain high standards for every beverage, ensuring consistency and top-notch quality. From frothy lattes to bold americanos, each drink is a reflection of your skill and attention to detail. Keep the counter, espresso machines, and workstations spotless and organized, creating a welcoming space for customers and a smooth, efficient workflow for yourself. Master the art of using espresso machines, grinders, and all beverage-making tools with confidence and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members. Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with guests in a positive manner. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to support your coworkers and contribute to a smooth service flow. Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry trays or supplies as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
