    Food Runner
  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Runner/Expo to join our team. As a Food Runner/Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of food orders to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth food delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
  • Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders
  • Adhere to food safety standards and protocols at all times
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience in food handling and customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with
TOAST POS
system is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
