Responsibilities Deliver hot and cold dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are promptly met Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas to uphold health and safety standards Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing under chef supervision Use Toast POS system to process orders accurately when required Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Familiarity with restaurant technology systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Basic culinary knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and guest services skills Pay $15.15 per hr / plus tips from tip pool Tips earned after successfully passing 30 days of employment Join us as a Food Runner and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
