Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary requests or concerns Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation or food handling tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or fine dining setting Support host/hostess duties when necessary, including managing reservations with OpenTable or similar systems Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and management Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing accuracy Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while providing value to guests Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively environment such as a nightclub or restaurant setting Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
