Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and support kitchen staff with food handling or prep when required Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to ensure smooth seating flow in fine dining or nightclub settings Answer phones Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, cashiering, or host/hostess roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep or bussing tasks Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous Speaking Spanish is preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
