Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or bar service when applicable Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS system Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Experience with food handling, preparation, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Culinary experience or restaurant experience in the food industry is desirable but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
