Duties Deliver hot, cold, and specialty dishes from the kitchen to designated tables efficiently and safely. Assist servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service. Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before delivery to guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order accuracy and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Support banquet or event setups by delivering food items promptly and assisting with service needs. Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, adhering to all health regulations and safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays, and move swiftly during busy hours. Experience in serving, bussing, or culinary roles enhances your ability to excel in this position. Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset are key.
