Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic food industry procedures to ensure quality service Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality environments is advantageous Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and perform cleaning duties as needed Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where exceptional service meets culinary excellence!
