This includes but is not limited to:

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Handle cash and process payments using the POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining areas

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for efficient service
