Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier/Expo, where you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant's vibrant atmosphere! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties while maintaining a positive guest interaction Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, acting as an Expo to uphold presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing knowledgeable recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, preparation, and basic food industry tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Support openTable reservations management to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow during busy hours Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen cleanliness Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Proven ability in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures within the food industry Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
