Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Serve guests in the dining room promptly, courteously, and efficiently, adhering to established procedures. Maintain awareness of events and activities within the dining room to ensure smooth operations. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu items, wines, and other offerings. Make informed recommendations to guests on menu items they may enjoy. Stay updated on daily specials and new techniques or methods in food preparation and presentation. Perform side tasks to keep the dining room stocked and prepared for the next shift. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in line with established procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a serving role within the restaurant industry. Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for serving quality food.
