Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, utilizing experience as a host/hostess when applicable Take accurate food and beverage orders Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating flow for maximum efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Demonstrated ability in food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Experience in culinary preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team where your memorable guest experiences!
