Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Supervisor who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group

Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities Oversee all Roof Garden operations, with a primary focus on delivering an elevated poolside experience that ensures exceptional service and guest satisfaction
Lead, coach and supervise pool servers, maintaing the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and hospitality
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and discreetly, delivering personalized service
Coordinate VIP arrivals and private cabana reservations to create seamless poolside experiences General Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service or pool operation in a luxury hospitality setting
Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays
