Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, bussing, and supporting team members Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for accurate check processing and cash handling Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
