Axe Coach/Server

Limitless Axes & Ales is looking for outgoing and dependable team members to join our team as Axe Coaches / Servers. This position combines traditional restaurant serving responsibilities with hosting and coaching guests through axe throwing sessions. Team members are expected to provide attentive service, maintain a safe environment, and help create a fun and engaging experience for all guests.

Responsibilities Serving Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately using Toast POS Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs Present checks and process payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and guest areas

Axe Coaching Responsibilities:

Deliver safety briefings for axe throwing sessions Demonstrate proper axe throwing technique Monitor throwing ranges to ensure safety rules are followed Assist guests with games and overall experience during their reservation Requirements Must be 17 years of age or older Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment Comfortable speaking to and engaging with groups of guests Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous restaurant serving experience Experience using Toast POS Current Food Handler Certification Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)

Certification Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling

Pay:

$17.00 per hour + tips
