Overview:

California Dinner Entertainment / Pirates Dinner Adventure is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our team at our dinner show. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by serving beverages and assisting in food service operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up tables with appropriate place settings. Greet guests warmly and walk guests to assigned seating in the arena. Serve dinner to guests promptly with the performance of the show. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Ensure accurate order delivery and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders. Upsell additional items to enhance the guest's experience. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, catering, or hospitality field. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to assist in other duties such as a dietary aide or food preparation as needed. Food Handler Card and RBS Alcohol Training Certificate are required.
