Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation tasks as needed Clear tables efficiently, bus tables, and support host/hostess duties to maintain smooth restaurant flow Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven mindset Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to serve guests with enthusiasm, and ready to grow your career in a vibrant restaurant setting!
