Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items and increasing sales through suggestive selling techniques Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
