CASHIER/SERVER
position. We are a casual, family-oriented restaurant and desire applicants who truly enjoy working in this sort of environment. We have availability of 3 to 4 shifts (lunch and dinner) available including weekends and each shift is about 5 to 6 hours. All of our schedules are fixed and stable.
Criteria for our ideal candidates:
Must have at least 6 months experience in a full service restaurant Must be available to work on the weekend Must have an excellent communication skill and customer service skill Must be able to work with others as a team Must be able to multi-task as needed Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week Previous Chinese/Asian restaurant experience is a plus If you are familiar with the Toast POS system, it's also a plus.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders in person/over the phone and process payments. Provide friendly and attentive table or counter service, deliver food and beverages promptly, and upsell when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, stations and equipment; handle food safely and follow health guidelines. Refill supplies, restock items and assist with basic food preparation as needed. Communicate clearly with other team members to coordinate orders and service flow.
