Stakeholders:

Guests, Team Members, Vendors, Investors and the Neighborhoods where we operate People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times

SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to: Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority. Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always. Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible. Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience. Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program. Happily assist other employees in their tasks. Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty. Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service. Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm. Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.

COMPENSATION

Top performers earn approximately $40 - $50.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance), $20.25 of hourly compensation Our top server last period made $50 per hour including tips Paid Vacation and Sick Time
