We are looking for friendly, customer-focused Dining Servers to provide exceptional meal service to our residents. This role plays an important part in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for seniors.

Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and professional table service to residents and guests. Take meal orders and accurately communicate requests to the kitchen. Serve meals and beverages according to community standards. Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns. Set, clear, and reset dining room tables. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Assist residents with menu selections when needed. Follow food safety and infection control guidelines. Support special events, themed meals, and community functions. Work as part of a team to create an enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with seniors and their families. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout shifts. Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).

Work Schedule:

Flexible days required; schedule may vary
