Cocktail Waitress

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Cocktail Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems TOAST Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, Food. Upsell menu items and drink specials to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bar stations, tables, and service stations, adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately, including OpenTable reservations and cashiering duties Collaborate with kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses to coordinate seating arrangements and ensure seamless guest flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations within the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable bartending or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food presentation and preparation basics Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
