Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Engage with guests to build rapport, address any concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit. Assist with hosting duties as needed, greeting guests upon arrival and managing reservations through OpenTable. Basic qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Preferred qualifications Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
