Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support roles is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
