Dishwasher/ Food Runner Takumi Sushi Costa Mesa, CA Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Food handling Teamwork Dishwashing Food & beverage industry Food preparation Full Job Description Overview Join our team as a Dishwasher/Cook (Friday-Sunday) Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, floors, and dining areas regularly Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health regulations Run food to tables accurately. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling regulations Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential
