We smoke all our meats in house with a blend of oak and pecan wood. Our tagline is "Brisket Smoked Right." We believe that there are no shortcuts to good BBQ. If you are looking for a unique experience and want to be part of a team that is building something special, this is the place for you. We are searching for servers to handle our 50 seat dining room, 20 seat beer/wine bar, and 30 seat patio.
CASH TIP OUT DAILY
Must be 21 or older to apply due to pouring of beer and wine. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in working with POS systems
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
  • Ability to handle food preparation, bussing, and guest services efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to upsell and provide excellent hospitality
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations
  • Culinary experience and kitchen operations knowledge is a plus
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience and the ability to upsell to customers
