Job Summary Join our team as a Server and become the heart of our dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your energetic presence and hospitality skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether managing multiple tables or upselling menu items, your enthusiasm and professionalism will drive the success of our restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings Take accurate orders ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting; understanding of food industry standards is essential Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
