Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve ice cream, cakes, and specialty treats to Cold Stone standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver excellent customer service - selling ice cream is all about great energy, politeness, and connection Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in store. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily store opening/closing duties.

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation Strong communication skills and team-player attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Weekdays evening and Weekends availability is mandatory (deal breaker) Must be 18+ Must be flexible with seasonal scheduling needs

Scheduling Expectations:

Minimal shifts on weekdays and during cold or rainy weather Heavier scheduling during summer, including daily shifts as needed Evening shifts primarily from 5:00 PM - 12:00
