Food Runner Busser

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Deliver prepared food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs as directed Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or garnishing dishes under supervision Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing support Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations, dining rooms, and kitchen support zones Follow food handling and safety protocols diligently to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Assist with setup for banquets or special events when required Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Banquet, catering, or hotel service experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy working in vibrant environments dedicated to guest satisfaction.
