Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for billing, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques in fine dining Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven sales ability through upselling techniques that enhance the guest experience and restaurant revenue Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in food service roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality shines!
