Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive host/hostess services and guiding them to their tables. Take accurate orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable and performing basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction during their visit. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales. Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
